specialization in carrying OVER DIMENSIONAL AND IMPORT EXPORT
CONSIGNMENTS Of different types - 20' & 40' Containers, break bulk and
Flat Rack). We proudly claim that we are the leaders in loading and
carrying consignments on FLAT RACK that too of over dimensions and
heavy in weight.

Marketing
Our existing customers are our best publicists. Additionally, we have
experienced persons taking care of the marketing activity. It
involves, other than bringing new business, regular visits and
personal contacts for apprising customers on progress of the
consignment, suggesting proper vehicles for O.D. consignments,
economic routes etc.
In short, putting the interest of customers first. |

Traffic
As soon as we receive order from the customer, either the vehicle is
placed within 4 to 6 hours or the correct information is provided as
to when vehicle is likely to be placed. Proper tracking of the loaded
vehicle is kept till it reaches destination and unloading takes place.
If a vehicle is detained anywhere on the route for any reason, or due
to any circumstances beyond our control, it is conveyed to the
respective departments for necessary action so as to avoid unnecessary
delay in transit. |

Loading
Loading and Unloading is a crucial function requiring skillful and
experienced handlers. We have team of experienced persons who are well
versed with loading of various types of consignments particularly over
dimensional and heavy consignments. This helps to avoid any problems
en-route and ensure in time & safe delivery.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance of the transport vehicles forms the backbone of any
transport company. We have a strong one, what with an automobile
engineer heading a team of specialist mechanics. They keep our fleet
well-oiled and raring to go. This keeps the breakdown rate minimal and
ensures timely and safe delivery. In rare instances where we are faced
with a breakdown, we have our own service van to attend any unexpected
breakdown or accident. If required the consignment is transshipped on
another vehicle and transit delay is avoided.

Finance
If maintenance is the backbone, finance is the blood supply. Capable
of creating havoc if not properly managed. Thankfully we have an
efficient team which is mainly engaged in post operations such as
billing, maintaining accounts, recovery etc. Its important function is
to provide required finance on day to day basis for engaging outside
vehicles and running expenses of our own fleet. The timely
availability of vehicles is very much dependant on this function. This
department is fully computerized.
